Currently under construction, this project involves the creation of a thoughtfully designed clubhouse for a single-family residential community. Blending seamlessly with the neighborhood’s aesthetic and natural surroundings, the clubhouse will serve as a vibrant gathering place where residents can connect, relax, and enjoy a variety of amenities.

The design prioritizes outdoor living, with expansive covered pavilions that offer shaded gathering spaces while maintaining a strong connection to the surrounding landscape. A striking architectural feature of the clubhouse is its large roof, punctuated by round portal openings that allow natural light to filter through, creating a dynamic interplay of light and shadow throughout the day. This design element enhances the airy, open feel of the space while maintaining a sense of shelter and comfort.
