Sam has a passion for design and its ability to cultivate stronger and healthier communities. He becomes a student of his clients and is driven by projects that require creative problem solving with attention to detail. Sam is a registered Architect in Texas with experience working on Residential, Commercial, and large Stadium projects.

Background

Sam is a licensed Architect with a decade of experience in a variety of project types and scales. Prior to joining CREO, Sam worked with ROSSETTI in Detroit, MI focusing primarily on large scale collegiate and professional sports and entertainment projects. Among these projects included the renovation of Daytona International Speedway in Daytona, FL. and projects within the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Flushing, NY. After moving to San Antonio, Sam worked with Luna Middleman Architects where he delivered design and documentation for a variety of commercial projects including master planning, civic centers, sports facilities, hotels, sacred spaces, offices, commercial retail centers, and adaptive reuse.

During his time at both firms Sam has led efforts pertaining to BIM, rapid prototyping, fabrication, and numerous national/international design competitions. Sam offers a diverse background and knowledge that he applies to every project from conception through construction.
