Black Creek represents a garage extension for a home requiring room for a sprinter van, storage, and the possibility of an office space. Ensuring harmony with the current home design and negotiating the sloping terrain were key considerations in the garage's construction. Alongside the garage, a new spa was introduced to replace an aging pool house structure. Further proposals were explored for converting the existing carport into a yoga studio.
