The renovation plan encompasses several key elements, including a striking new brick façade with a distinctive parapet cap, redesigned storefront windows and openings along Grayson Street, as well as a bay facing a new parking area. Additionally, we're incorporating a sleek new canopy supported by tie rods, enhancing both functionality and visual appeal.
Our design approach draws inspiration from the rich architectural heritage of the area, with a focus on materials, proportions, and accents reminiscent of historic buildings. At the same time, we're seamlessly integrating these elements with the modern aesthetics of the Client's adjacent office building, creating a cohesive and visually appealing environment.
