Redbird Amenity Center

This project involves the design and development of a new amenity center for a single-family residential community, thoughtfully crafted to serve as a vibrant gathering place for residents. The buildings are strategically angled to highlight the entryway, creating a welcoming first impression while shaping an intimate, resort-style setting around the interior courtyard spaces.

Expansive outdoor areas surrounding the pool offer ample space for relaxation, socializing, and community events, seamlessly blending with the natural beauty of the Texas Hill Country. Inside, a versatile multi-purpose room provides a dedicated space for community meetings and neighborhood events, while a state-of-the-art fitness center encourages an active lifestyle. The amenity center also connects directly to the neighborhood’s trail system, offering residents effortless access to scenic walking, running, and biking paths. Designed for both function and leisure, this thoughtfully planned space fosters a sense of community while enhancing the overall living experience.
